Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping at different rates and speeds depending on your country and the shipping method chosen.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates are calculated live at checkout.    

Do you ship to every country?

Unfortunately no, we do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitationsThis list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!

What if the product is damaged at arrival?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@bewilderthreads.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


How long does it take to receive my product?

In an environmental effort to reduce waste our products are printed when you place your order, This process can take 2-7 business days depending on the level of demand. Then it depends on the shipping method you chose.

You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days for EU & USA (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select. 

95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

 

If I choose a faster shipping rate will my order be fulfilled faster?

Yes, All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.


Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

How should I take care of my products?

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed (Direct To Garment) apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

 

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be a good idea to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

What if I wrote the wrong address at checkout?

Usually, the package is sent back to us, then we'll contact you for an updated address.

What courier errors do you cover?

We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. 

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person

 

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

All the inks we use are water-based and eco-friendly. We use a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight vinegar-like smell or a off-white residue on the shirt, they are not permanent and will disappear after the first wash.
